How do we manage Moodle enterprise sites at eCreators?

In our initial consultation, you will sit down with an experienced Digital Technology Manager and a Solutions Architect, not a sales person. Here, we will ask you questions about your requirement so we can establish a picture of what success looks like – your long term strategy.
Once this is established we will enter requirement gathering mode, where we will ascertain the features required of your LMS – integrations, reporting UX/UI, reporting requirements etc
Build phase – we’ll deploy your instance and start the detailed build of your system
Implementation – we’ll hand over to our implementation team to provide you with training and documentation.
Go Live – Finally, you’ll enter warranty and support mode. We’ll upskill your people and provide support agents to assist you every step of the way
Post project analysis – We’ll establish that your new enterprise system has met or exceeded everything we promised it will deliver.
