Over the last few weeks I have been working closely with support, and learning new information regarding our eCreators training platform-Innovate.
We have communicated through emails and phone calls. (Emails are the best way I have found as we have a written guide we can look to anytime.)
Today I worked online with support and was tutored in the finer points of our system. It has been a great success, as he has delved into our needs, and found lots of solutions for Kennards training, and effectively recording our online data.
I sincerely appreciate all the time and guidance support has shown us here at Kennards. Also I have a video link that I can use in the future, when I need to refer to steps we have covered.
It is so valuable to be able to talk to the Technician that has set up the system, as they know so much about your system and needs right from the start.
