Whilst talking to many vendors the one thing that stood out from eCreators was their ability to understand we weren’t I.T professionals and take the time to really understand what we wanted from the project.

From there, they took the lead in offering us concepts whilst sticking within budget and maintaining the fundamental operations and goals of the website.

From here, this is where their customer service was excellent. Not only were the diligent and relatable but they always maintained an open line of communication as to where the project was at during every phase. We were made to clarify these things at each stage. I personally love this way of doing business.

The final product isn’t actually how we envisioned from our first meeting, it’s better. That’s because by going through the development process we way we did, I was able to understand the platform much better and then I threw other ideas up. The team acted them on with haste and now I’m left with a product that I’m not only proud of being apart of but also looking forward to improving on in the future.

We have the full release of our program to over 2000 employees. Next for us is work with eCreators on taking this project to the next level.

All in all, I highly recommend this organisation due to their planning, communication and execution.

Over the last few weeks I have been working closely with support, and learning new information regarding our eCreators training platform-Innovate.
We have communicated through emails and phone calls. (Emails are the best way I have found as we have a written guide we can look to anytime.)

Today I worked online with support and was tutored in the finer points of our system. It has been a great success, as he has delved into our needs, and found lots of solutions for Kennards training, and effectively recording our online data.

I sincerely appreciate all the time and guidance support has shown us here at Kennards. Also I have a video link that I can use in the future, when I need to refer to steps we have covered.

It is so valuable to be able to talk to the Technician that has set up the system, as they know so much about your system and needs right from the start.
