Meet the eCreators

Dean Saunders – Director

Dean founded eCreators after spending several years in the technology and learning arenas. He has consulted at several organisations across country Victoria and within urban organisations such as AAMI, Apia, IAG and SKILLED. Dean has served on executive commitees such as Elnet and immerses himself in the latest technology.

Dean believes, “education, in any form, should not be out of reach for any organisation. All companies, to continue sustainable growth, should be learning companies.”

Dean’s vision for eCreators is to ensure all clients are provided with robust, effective and measurable learning experiences. This is achieved through a team that provide excellent customer service are focussed on quality outcomes and are knowledgeable in current and future techniques and technologies.

Jess Lindeman – Instructional Designer

Jessica has a wide variety of experience in the educational sector, spanning over the last seven years. She has held various positions in the industry throughout North America and the Asia-Pacific Region. Jessica’s background includes roles in both public and private schools. She has experience in developing professional development for teachers in the use of technology in the classroom. She has also presented at conferences sharing her expertise on eLearning. Jessica’s passion lies in bringing learning to life through technology.

Jess believes that “learning is only successful when the student is engaged by and truly connects with the subject matter.”

 

Sandeep Gill – LMS Developer

Sandeep has a wide range of arrows in his quiver, including LMS development, website programming and business intelligence tools’ deployment. The span of 8 years of experience includes telecom, software development and learning & development.

He has served for around 6 years in the Asia-Pacific region and now in Melbourne for last couple of years. To further enhance the skills and knowledge. Sandeep recently completed his Post Graduate degree becoming a Master of Information Technology. (he’s very clever!)

Sandeep believes, “Systems developed, keeping in mind the need and comfort of the end user, successfully meet all their requirements.”

 

Leesa Ward – Web Designer

Over the last few years Leesa has been engaged to create websites and graphic design for a range of small businesses, not-for-profits, schools and local government. Her passions lie in graphic design for the web, HTML/CSS, user experience design and the WordPress platform. Now her attention has turned to creating dynamic, modern websites for eCreators clients to run on WordPress, the world’s #1 online publishing platform.

Leesa believes that “A user-friendly website visually pleasing, easy to navigate from one page to another, and provides a user with all the information they need clearly and concisely.”
